During the initial meeting, we will provide clients with home specifications and pricing based on their specific interests and vision. We will give a copy of the Halcyon Homeowner’s Manual to homeowners after they sign the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. This is a booklet that outlines the buying process, home construction, and pre-planning.
We invite our clients into our design studio where we modify each floor plan in real-time using designer software to suit each homebuyer. Including our clients in the design process engages their creativity, adds a level of customization to their home, and offers a unique customer experience. We build each Halcyon home with the customer in mind, giving every homeowner the design they truly want.
